Um adolescente, de 13 anos, suspeito de ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, foi apreendido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, na segunda-feira (10), no bairro de Nova Bras\u00edlia, em Salvador. A medida judicial foi expedida no \u00e2mbito das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que apura a den\u00fancia de viol\u00eancia sexual contra uma crian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

O adolescente, alvo do mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, foi localizado e apresentado \u00e0 autoridade especializada, que adotou as provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis. A 4\u00aa Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e da Juventude da Comarca de Salvador foi comunicada sobre o cumprimento da ordem judicial.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o integra a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Juventude Segura, iniciativa permanente voltada ao enfrentamento qualificado de atos infracionais, ao cumprimento de determina\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais, \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o da reincid\u00eancia e \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, em conformidade com o Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA).<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da Delegacia para o Adolescente Infrator (DAI), vinculada ao Departamento de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Mulher, Cidadania e Pessoas em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Vulnerabilidade (DPMCV).<\/p>\n
