A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia refor\u00e7a as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a etapa de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es de portadores de celulares com restri\u00e7\u00e3o por furto ou roubo, da 9\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Mobile 360\u00b0, realizada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia. O envio em massa de mensagens teve in\u00edcio na segunda-feira (10) e, at\u00e9 o dia 21 de agosto, cerca de cinco mil pessoas ser\u00e3o notificadas.<\/p>\n

Entre as principais orienta\u00e7\u00f5es refor\u00e7adas nesta quarta-feira (12), a Pol\u00edcia Civil destaca que n\u00e3o encaminha links, n\u00e3o solicita senhas, cadastros, c\u00f3digos de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o, documentos ou qualquer dado pessoal do notificado. As pessoas podem confirmar a autenticidade das mensagens presencialmente em qualquer unidade policial. As notifica\u00e7\u00f5es referem-se a celulares furtados ou roubados entre 2025 e o primeiro semestre de 2026.<\/p>\n

As pessoas que n\u00e3o comparecerem a uma delegacia depois de serem notificadas poder\u00e3o responder pelo crime de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, previsto no artigo 180 do C\u00f3digo Penal. A Pol\u00edcia Civil tamb\u00e9m alerta os cidad\u00e3os sobre alguns cuidados ao adquirir um aparelho. A principal orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 consultar o Imei do aparelho antes da compra, para verificar sua proced\u00eancia e regularidade.<\/p>\n

Os disparos em massa das notifica\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m integram a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional \u00daltima Chamada, de Enfrentamento ao Roubo, Furto e Recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de Aparelhos Celulares, deflagrada pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (MJSP), por meio da Secretaria Nacional da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (Senasp), com a Diretoria de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Integradas e de Intelig\u00eancia (Diopi).<\/p>\n
