Um homem investigado por tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra o pr\u00f3prio tio foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil no munic\u00edpio baiano de Rafael Jambeiro. A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Malhas da Lei, ap\u00f3s a equipe da Delegacia Territorial localizar o suspeito na localidade de Graviola, onde ele estaria escondido na casa de parentes.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o crime ocorreu no in\u00edcio de julho deste ano, no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Rio Preto, em S\u00e3o Paulo. O investigado teria esfaqueado o tio, que n\u00e3o morreu, mas permanece em estado grave. Ap\u00f3s o crime, ele teria deixado o munic\u00edpio e se refugiado em Rafael Jambeiro.<\/p>\n

Contra o homem havia um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria expedido pela Vara do J\u00fari e do Juizado Especial Criminal de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Rio Preto, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo (TJSP). Ap\u00f3s ser localizado e capturado, ele foi apresentado \u00e0 autoridade policial e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a para ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n
