Um homem, de 50 anos, investigado por descumprimento reiterado de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, na manh\u00e3 da quinta-feira (27), no distrito de Pinga Fogo, zona rural de Palmas de Monte Alto, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p>\n

Conforme as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o homem passou a perseguir e amea\u00e7ar a v\u00edtima, de 24 anos, em 2025, ap\u00f3s desentendimentos familiares. Em outubro daquele ano, as medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia foram determinadas pela Justi\u00e7a em favor da mulher.<\/p>\n

Em dezembro, o investigado foi preso preventivamente pelo descumprimento da medida protetiva vigente, ficando custodiado at\u00e9 junho deste ano, quando, ap\u00f3s ser colocado em liberdade, voltou a desrespeitar a ordem judicial, no local de trabalho da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da nova ordem judicial, o suspeito foi encaminhado \u00e0 unidade policial, onde passou pelos procedimentos legais de praxe, e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
