A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou, nesta quinta-feira (3), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Litig\u00e2ncia Predat\u00f3ria, com o objetivo de combater crimes decorrentes da pr\u00e1tica de litig\u00e2ncia abusiva em demandas previdenci\u00e1rias ajuizadas perante o Tribunal Regional Federal (TRF) da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o cumpriu dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de Teixeira de Freitas (BA).\u00a0Os mandados judiciais foram expedidos pela 17\u00aa Vara Federal Criminal da Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria da Bahia.<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apura ind\u00edcios de atua\u00e7\u00e3o fraudulenta no ajuizamento de a\u00e7\u00f5es previdenci\u00e1rias, mediante emprego de documentos com ind\u00edcios de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o, de adultera\u00e7\u00e3o e de reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

As apura\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram origem a partir de relat\u00f3rios elaborados pela\u00a0Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU) e de\u00a0an\u00e1lises do N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia Previdenci\u00e1ria (CGINP\/MPS).<\/p>\n
