Um homem, de 41 anos, investigado por descumprir medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia deferida em favor de sua ex-companheira, foi preso na sexta-feira (4), no bairro de Bom Jesus, no munic\u00edpio de Nova Soure. O suspeito j\u00e1 havia descumprido a ordem judicial pelo menos duas vezes, neste ano e no ano passado.<\/p>\n

O suspeito tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 investigado pelos crimes de amea\u00e7a, inj\u00faria e discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o racial contra a v\u00edtima. Em agosto de 2024, segundo o registro de ocorr\u00eancia, a v\u00edtima denunciou que era perseguida pelo ex-companheiro, que a amea\u00e7ava e j\u00e1 havia praticado epis\u00f3dios de intoler\u00e2ncia religiosa.<\/p>\n

No dia 20 de julho deste ano, o suspeito invadiu a resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima, arremessou uma telha contra ela e danificou utens\u00edlios do im\u00f3vel e objetos utilizados em cerim\u00f4nias religiosas. A pris\u00e3o preventiva foi decretada ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade policial.<\/p>\n

O homem foi localizado ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias realizadas pela equipe da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Nova Soure), em cumprimento \u00e0 ordem judicial, e segue custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
