Nesta segunda-feira (7), a Pol\u00edcia Civil cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria em desfavor de um homem de 36 anos, investigado pela pr\u00e1tica de feminic\u00eddio . O crime aconteceu na \u00faltima sexta-feira (4), na rodovia BA-522, zona rural de S\u00e3o Francisco do Conde. <\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o suspeito desferiu mais de 40 golpes com arma branca contra a v\u00edtima, identificada como Rafaela Concei\u00e7\u00e3o de Jesus. Ap\u00f3s cometer o feminic\u00eddio, o homem abandonou o corpo \u00e0s margens da rodovia.<\/p>\n

Rafaela s\u00f3 foi encontrada na manh\u00e3 de s\u00e1bado (5), o que deu origem \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para identificar o autor e a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime.<\/p>\n

Ainda conforme a pol\u00edcia, o investigado se apresentou na unidade 3\u00ba Pelot\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar no munic\u00edpio de Cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Maria, onde confessou o crime. Ap\u00f3s prestar depoimento, ele foi encaminhado \u00e0 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de Santo Amaro (3\u00aa Coorpin).<\/p>\n

Crime motivado por ci\u00fames<\/h2>\n

As apura\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que Rafaela foi assassinada ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o motivada por ci\u00fames. Diante da gravidade dos fatos, foi apresentado \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a o pedido de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do investigado, a fim de resguardar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es do inqu\u00e9rito policial.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico emitir um parecer favor\u00e1vel, o mandado de pris\u00e3o foi expedido, pelo Plant\u00e3o Unificado do 1\u00ba Grau do Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Bahia e formalmente cumprido pela equipe plantonista da 1\u00aa DT de Santo Amaro nesta segunda-feira. <\/p>\n
