Ag\u00eancia Brasil- O\u00a0Conselho Curador do FGTS aprovou nesta quinta-feira (10) um aumento de R$ 500 milh\u00f5es de subs\u00eddios para o programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida em 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O valor subiu de R$ 12,5 bilh\u00f5es para R$ 13 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/strong>A altera\u00e7\u00e3o vale apenas para este ano.\u00a0O plano plurianual de 2027 a 2029 ser\u00e1 discutido na pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o do conselho, prevista para\u00a0o fim de outubro.<\/p>\n

O recurso \u00e9 utilizado\u00a0para a concess\u00e3o de descontos nos im\u00f3veis das faixas 1 e 2 do programa habitacional, que atendem fam\u00edlias com renda de at\u00e9 R$ 5 mil por m\u00eas.<\/strong> O valor n\u00e3o precisa ser devolvido ao fundo, ele serve para ajudar o benefici\u00e1rio a pagar o im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n

O coordenador-geral de Gest\u00e3o do FGTS do Minist\u00e9rio das Cidades, Johnny Ferreira dos Santos, afirmou que o\u00a0novo valor garante a nova proje\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 de usar R$ 12,6 bilh\u00f5es em subs\u00eddios, e deixa uma margem de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo ponto de vista operacional, na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do final do exerc\u00edcio, voc\u00ea tem a quest\u00e3o dos recursos dentro das unidades do agentes financeiros. Ent\u00e3o \u00e9 importante voc\u00ea manter uma folga m\u00ednima para que n\u00e3o falte recurso e voc\u00ea tenha flexibilidade de fazer algum tipo de remanejamento caso necess\u00e1rio\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Os outros or\u00e7amentos do fundo n\u00e3o tiveram altera\u00e7\u00e3o e foram mantidos em R$ 144,5 bilh\u00f5es para habita\u00e7\u00e3o; R$ 8 bilh\u00f5es para saneamento; R$ 8 bilh\u00f5es para infraestrutura; e R$ 8,5 bilh\u00f5es para sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n
