A celebra\u00e7\u00e3o da 1\u00aa Missa do Vaqueiro no Parque de Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Martins da Silva pelo padre J\u00falio Santa B\u00e1rbara, do Santu\u00e1rio Senhor dos Passos, marcou a abertura da programa\u00e7\u00e3o da 47\u00aa Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o Agropecu\u00e1ria de Feira de Santana (Expofeira 2026), na manh\u00e3 de s\u00e1bado (12). A missa, iniciada \u00e0s 8h, atraiu expositores, visitantes e principalmente diversas pessoas montadas em belos cavalos.<\/p>\n

O sinal de que a missa ia come\u00e7ar foi ouvido de longe. E n\u00e3o foram os tradicionais sinos de capelas que anunciaram o evento. O inconfund\u00edvel berro de chifre de boi, entoado por Neto do Berrante, anunciou o in\u00edcio da celebra\u00e7\u00e3o para os vaqueiros, que durante toda a semana aguardaram pelo evento in\u00e9dito no Parque de Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os secret\u00e1rios de Governo, Neto Bahia; e de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, Cristiano Lobo, estiveram presentes, representando o governo do prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo. Ambos destacaram a import\u00e2ncia da celebra\u00e7\u00e3o, que tamb\u00e9m marca as comemora\u00e7\u00f5es pelos 90 anos de inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o da Igreja Senhor dos Passos em Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n

Durante a missa festiva, o padre J\u00falio Santa B\u00e1rbara recebeu a imagem da Nossa Senhora Aparecida, que desfilou em cima de um cavalo. E em seguida foi a vez da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da B\u00edblia Sagrada.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As comemora\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m foram marcadas por louvores cantados em ritmo sertanejo, inclusive com a presen\u00e7a de sanfoneiro.<\/p>\n
