O caso tem car\u00e1ter in\u00e9dito na hist\u00f3ria da Rep\u00fablica do Brasil, j\u00e1 que a Corte nunca precisou se reunir para votar uma medida dessa natureza envolvendo um de seus pr\u00f3prios ministros.
