Um homem, de 32 anos, investigado por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (15), na zona rural de Livramento de Nossa Senhora, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria expedido pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio no \u00faltimo final de semana, quando a autoridade policial tomou conhecimento de mensagens enviadas pelo suspeito a um estabelecimento comercial da cidade, em que relatava os crimes. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es permitiram a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do homem e a vincula\u00e7\u00e3o do seu nome \u00e0 linha telef\u00f4nica utilizada nos contatos que deram origem \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Com o intuito de garantir o andamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, preservar as provas e possibilitar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das poss\u00edveis v\u00edtimas, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do investigado, tendo manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Durante as dilig\u00eancias, tamb\u00e9m foi cumprida ordem de busca e apreens\u00e3o no im\u00f3vel do suspeito. Um aparelho celular foi apreendido, que ser\u00e1 submetido \u00e0 an\u00e1lise pericial, conforme autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial. Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o investigado foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde passou pelos procedimentos legais de praxe, e permanece custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em andamento sob sigilo de judicial.<\/p>\n
