Setenta e seis aparelhos celulares foram apreendidos nesta quarta-feira (16) pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00daltima Chamada, realizada em Coronel Jo\u00e3o S\u00e1. Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, foram fiscalizados sete estabelecimentos comerciais do ramo de telefonia e dois supermercados. Os supermercados apresentaram a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal dos aparelhos comercializados. Nos demais estabelecimentos, os celulares cuja proced\u00eancia n\u00e3o p\u00f4de ser comprovada no momento da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o foram apreendidos para averigua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os aparelhos foram submetidos a consultas nos sistemas dispon\u00edveis, sendo dois identificados com restri\u00e7\u00f5es decorrentes de registros de roubo e furto. Ser\u00e1 instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial para o prosseguimento das dilig\u00eancias, com o objetivo de esclarecer a proced\u00eancia dos aparelhos, identificar seus leg\u00edtimos propriet\u00e1rios e apurar as circunst\u00e2ncias em que os bens com restri\u00e7\u00e3o chegaram aos estabelecimentos comerciais, bem como eventual responsabilidade criminal dos envolvidos.<\/p>\n

Quanto aos demais aparelhos, as verifica\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem. Caso n\u00e3o seja constatada qualquer restri\u00e7\u00e3o ou inconsist\u00eancia e seja comprovada a origem l\u00edcita, ser\u00e3o adotadas as provid\u00eancias cab\u00edveis para a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o aos respectivos propriet\u00e1rios. Os respons\u00e1veis pelos estabelecimentos fiscalizados e os funcion\u00e1rios ser\u00e3o chamados para prestar esclarecimentos e apresentar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos.<\/p>\n
