Um homem, de 50 anos, que estava foragido da Justi\u00e7a h\u00e1 cerca de 12 anos, foi preso na ter\u00e7a-feira (15), em Venda Nova do Imigrante, no Esp\u00edrito Santo, durante o cumprimento de um mandado de pris\u00e3o definitiva por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. Ele foi condenado a 12 anos e 11 meses de reclus\u00e3o, em regime inicial fechado.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os abusos come\u00e7aram em 2005, em Teixeira de Freitas<\/a>, quando a v\u00edtima tinha seis anos, e ocorreram de forma reiterada at\u00e9 os 14 anos. Durante as dilig\u00eancias, uma equipe da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia identificou o paradeiro do condenado e compartilhou as informa\u00e7\u00f5es com as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a locais.<\/p>\n

Os levantamentos foram realizados pela Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam\/Teixeira de Freitas), vinculada ao Departamento de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Mulher, Cidadania e Pessoas Vulner\u00e1veis (DPMCV). O mandado, decorrente de condena\u00e7\u00e3o transitada em julgado, foi cumprido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil de Venda Nova do Imigrante, com apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n
