Um homem de 40 anos, investigado como autor da morte do sanfoneiro David Duarte, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia nesta quinta-feira (17), em Juazeiro, em cumprimento a mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria. A v\u00edtima foi morta a tiros no dia 29 de maio deste ano, no bairro Ant\u00f4nio Conselheiro, naquele munic\u00edpio. Al\u00e9m da pris\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m foi cumprido mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o no endere\u00e7o vinculado ao investigado.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o homem j\u00e1 era investigado no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Radix Putris, deflagrada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia para apurar uma s\u00e9rie de homic\u00eddios relacionados aos bairros Argemiro, Ant\u00f4nio Conselheiro, Codevasf e Malhada da Areia, naquele munic\u00edpio. Durante o cumprimento das ordens judiciais, os policiais apreenderam um aparelho celular pertencente ao investigado.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, ele foi conduzido para os procedimentos legais e permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O material apreendido ser\u00e1 analisado e as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem sob responsabilidade da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios de Juazeiro.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Malhas da Lei, pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios (DHPP) e do N\u00facleo de Intelig\u00eancia (NI), vinculados \u00e0 17\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Juazeiro), com apoio do Grupo de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (Gatti\/Norte).<\/p>\n
