Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 A Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral j\u00e1 indeferiu cerca de 1,2 mil registros de candidaturas \u00e0s elei\u00e7\u00f5es gerais de outubro. De acordo com dados do sistema de candidaturas do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), s\u00e3o 335 registros indeferidos definitivamente e 869 que ainda podem ser contestados por meio de recursos \u00e0s inst\u00e2ncias superiores.<\/p>\n

O levantamento do TSE mostra que o descumprimento de requisitos formais previstos na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral \u00e9 o principal motivo dos indeferimentos. Na sequ\u00eancia, aparecem a falta de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de elegibilidade, ilegalidades na conven\u00e7\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria e a aus\u00eancia de incompatibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o com o cargo p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Segundo o tribunal, cerca de 99% dos pedidos de registro de candidatura j\u00e1 foram analisados pela Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral em todo o pa\u00eds. Ao todo, foram apresentados 20,9 mil pedidos.<\/p>\n

Elei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n

O primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 realizado em 4 de outubro. Ser\u00e3o eleitos deputados federais, deputados estaduais e distritais, governadores, senadores e o presidente da Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

O segundo turno est\u00e1 marcado para o dia 25 e poder\u00e1 ocorrer nas disputa para os cargos de governador e presidente.<\/p>\n

A segunda vota\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada caso nenhum candidato alcance mais de 50% dos votos v\u00e1lidos no primeiro turno, exclu\u00eddos os votos em branco e os nulos.<\/p>\n
