Um dos investigados no caso que envolve integrantes da banda New Hit, condenado pela Justi\u00e7a a dez anos de reclus\u00e3o, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil no final da tarde desta quinta-feira (17), no bairro do Stiep, em Salvador. O homem, de 34 anos, foi denunciado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia pela pr\u00e1tica de estupro qualificado contra duas adolescentes de 16 anos.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi fruto de um trabalho de intelig\u00eancia e troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre o Departamento de Pol\u00edcia Metropolitana (DEPOM) e a For\u00e7a Integrada de Combate ao Crime Organizado (FICCO\/BA). De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os fatos ocorreram no in\u00edcio da madrugada de 26 de agosto de 2012, no interior de um \u00f4nibus estacionado na Pra\u00e7a Santa Tereza, no Centro de Ruy Barbosa.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado de pris\u00e3o decorrente de condena\u00e7\u00e3o transitada em julgado, o homem foi conduzido a uma unidade policial, onde foram adotadas as medidas de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria cab\u00edveis, permanecendo \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
