A Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) cumpriu, na segunda-feira (21), um mandado de pris\u00e3o por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. A ocorr\u00eancia foi registrada durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de rotina na BR-407, em Senhor do Bonfim, no norte da Bahia.<\/p>\n

Por volta das 12h25, uma equipe da PRF realizava ronda no km 116 da rodovia quando abordou um ve\u00edculo de passeio. Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, o condutor apresentou apenas uma c\u00f3pia de documento de identidade e informou n\u00e3o possuir Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH).<\/p>\n

Ao longo da abordagem, os policiais identificaram inconsist\u00eancias nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas pelo homem, que inicialmente apresentou dados divergentes sobre sua identidade. Ap\u00f3s novas verifica\u00e7\u00f5es, foi confirmada sua verdadeira identifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Em seguida, os policiais constataram a exist\u00eancia de um mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, expedido pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Minas Gerais, em dezembro de 2024.<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, o homem foi conduzido para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil local, para o cumprimento da ordem judicial e ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n
