Um homem, de 21 anos, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, nesta quarta-feira (23), no bairro Alegrete, em Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva por reiteradas agress\u00f5es contra uma adolescente de 16 anos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com os registros policiais, o homem j\u00e1 havia sido preso em flagrante, em 2024, ap\u00f3s agredir fisicamente a adolescente e descumprir uma medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia. Em julho deste ano, ele voltou a descumprir a determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial ao se aproximar da v\u00edtima e fazer amea\u00e7as de morte.<\/p>\n

O suspeito tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 investigado por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. Conforme as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre os envolvidos teve in\u00edcio quando a v\u00edtima tinha 12 anos. Com o cumprimento do mandado, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde passou pelos procedimentos legais cab\u00edveis, e permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pelo N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam\/Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o), no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Por Elas, iniciativa que tem como objetivo responsabilizar autores de crimes contra as mulheres e fortalecer a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n
