Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2014 O ministro Luiz Fux, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), deu prazo de dez dias para o presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre, se manifestar sobre o pedido de acesso a eventuais registros de entrada e sa\u00edda da advogada Viviane Barci, esposa do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, e do ex-banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro no Senado.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fux \u00e9 o relator do mandado de seguran\u00e7a no qual o vereador de Curitiba Guilherme Kilter (Novo) pede que a Corte obrigue o Senado a fornecer eventuais registros de entrada e sa\u00edda de Viviane, Vorcaro e outros citados.<\/p>\n

Segundo o parlamentar, os pedidos de acesso aos dados foram negados pela Casa por envolver \u201cinforma\u00e7\u00f5es de car\u00e1ter pessoal\u201d.<\/p>\n

Na decis\u00e3o, Fux entendeu que o caso n\u00e3o \u201cvislumbra viola\u00e7\u00e3o da intimidade ou de informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais\u201d e determinou que a Advocacia do Senado se manifeste sobre a quest\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de Viviane e Vorcaro, o vereador quer acesso a eventuais registros de entrada do empres\u00e1rio Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Camilo Antunes, o Careca do INSS, e do empres\u00e1rio F\u00e1bio Lu\u00eds Lula da Silva, filho do presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, nas depend\u00eancias da Casa.<\/p>\n

Fux foi sorteado relator do mandado<\/a> ap\u00f3s Alexandre de Moraes se declarar impedido de julgar o caso.<\/p>\n
