Um homem de 32 anos foi preso enquanto estava no Hospital Geral Cl\u00e9riston Andrade (HGCA), em Feira de Santana, na manh\u00e3 de quarta-feira (23), para resolver quest\u00f5es burocr\u00e1ticas relacionadas a um familiar. O suspeito tinha um mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto, que foi cumprido pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia (PCBA).<\/p>\n

A presen\u00e7a do homem na unidade hospitalar foi informada por volta das 11h50, conforme divulgado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, com agentes lotados no Posto Especial da Pol\u00edcia Civil, setor localizado no HGCA.<\/p>\n

Ao verificarem os dados do suspeito, natural de Feira de Santana, os policiais identificaram, por meio do Banco Nacional de Mandados de Pris\u00e3o (BNMP), a exist\u00eancia de um mandado de pris\u00e3o civil em aberto contra ele, expedido pela 3\u00aa Vara de Fam\u00edlia, Sucess\u00f5es, \u00d3rf\u00e3os e Interditos de Feira de Santana, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado da Bahia (TJBA).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Com a ordem judicial confirmada, a equipe localizou o homem no Setor Fiscal do HGCA e realizou a pris\u00e3o no pr\u00f3prio hospital. Ele foi informado sobre a determina\u00e7\u00e3o expedida pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o foi comunicada \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a, e o homem permanece custodiado e \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.\u00a0<\/p>\n
