161 policiais militares participaram, na manh\u00e3 de sexta-feira (25), da solenidade de conclus\u00e3o do Curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Sargentos (CFS), realizada na Vila Policial Militar do Bonfim, em Salvador. <\/p>\n

Ao todo, 130 homens e 27 mulheres conclu\u00edram a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, iniciada em dezembro de 2025, e agora assumem formalmente fun\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a de campo, gest\u00e3o de efetivo e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de guarni\u00e7\u00f5es em Salvador, na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana (RMS) e no interior da Bahia.<\/p>\n

O curso, com carga hor\u00e1ria de 630 horas-aula distribu\u00eddas em dois m\u00f3dulos, contou com 29 disciplinas e integrou instru\u00e7\u00f5es de Tiro Policial, Chefia e Lideran\u00e7a, Feitos Investigat\u00f3rios, Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Prova, al\u00e9m de Atendimento Pr\u00e9-Hospitalar (APH) T\u00e1tico e est\u00e1gios pr\u00e1ticos operacionais e administrativos.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Governo do Estado, os novos sargentos v\u00e3o trabalhar na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e no servi\u00e7o de liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a tropa e os oficiais, melhorando a fluidez do comando operacional.<\/p>\n

As formaturas integram as a\u00e7\u00f5es de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o profissional das For\u00e7as de Seguran\u00e7a implementadas pela Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP) na Bahia. <\/p>\n
