Um homem, de 42 anos, investigado por viol\u00eancia sexual contra a filha, de 13 anos, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, nesta segunda-feira (28), em Itapetinga, em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em aberto.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, iniciadas em setembro ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias relatadas pelo Conselho Tutelar do munic\u00edpio, os abusos aconteciam desde quando a v\u00edtima tinha 12 anos, em contexto de ambiente familiar. Ainda segundo apurado, o suspeito se aproveitava de momentos em que a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima sa\u00eda para trabalhar para praticar o crime.<\/p>\n

A ordem judicial foi cumprida por equipes do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (NEAM\/Itapetinga), com apoio da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Itapetinga). Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde foram adotadas as medidas legais de praxe. Ele permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
