A Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva em aberto contra um passageiro de 30 anos durante uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o realizada no km 179 da BR-242, no munic\u00edpio de Itaberaba (BA), na tarde da \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (6).<\/p>\n

A abordagem ocorreu por volta das 17h50, quando a equipe policial deu ordem de parada a um ve\u00edculo de passeio modelo Renault Kwid. Durante a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos e consulta aos sistemas integrados, os agentes constataram a exist\u00eancia de uma ordem judicial de pris\u00e3o pendente de cumprimento contra o passageiro do ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

O mandado de pris\u00e3o foi expedido pela Vara Crime de Morro do Chap\u00e9u (TJBA) em raz\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas ao crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas (art. 33 da Lei n\u00ba 11.343\/2006).<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, o homem recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o, teve seus direitos constitucionais informados e foi encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Itaberaba para os procedimentos legais cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n
