Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 O ministro Luiz Fux, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou nesta quinta-feira (8) que a secretaria do tribunal envie ao seu gabinete os processos sigilosos que est\u00e3o em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o contra o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n

Conforme a decis\u00e3o, a secret\u00e1ria judici\u00e1ria dever\u00e1 encaminhar todos os volumes, anexos, apensos e m\u00eddias que envolvem os inqu\u00e9ritos das Fake News e milicias digitais, al\u00e9m de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a trama golpista.<\/p>\n

A medida foi determinada em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o Partido Progressistas (PP) pede a anula\u00e7\u00e3o da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Tempus Veritatis, deflagrada pela Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF)\u00a0em 2024, por determina\u00e7\u00e3o do ministro Alexandre de Moraes.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o iniciou as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es que terminaram com a condena\u00e7\u00e3o de Bolsonaro e seus aliados no processo da trama golpista.<\/p>\n

A peti\u00e7\u00e3o do partido foi assinada por advogados de Bolsonaro e sustenta, entre outros argumentos, que Moraes determinou as buscas e apreens\u00f5es somente a partir de um pedido da PF, sem manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR).<\/p>\n

A peti\u00e7\u00e3o do PP chegou ao Supremo em abril de 2024 e estava parada.<\/p>\n
