Em decreto publicado nesta segunda-feira (4), o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia (TJ-BA) ajustou o valor do aux\u00edlio-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o concedido aos magistrados e servidores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio estadual. O novo valor fixado \u00e9 de R$ 1.900 mensais, que representa um aumento significativo no valor do sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo vigente, que \u00e9 de R$ 1.412.<\/p>\n

De abril de 2023 a fevereiro deste ano, o valor pago aos magistrados e servidores era de R$ 1.700,00 mensais. De acordo com o decreto judici\u00e1rio, o novo valor do aux\u00edlio-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 implementado na folha de pagamento do m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Em outro decreto, o TJ-BA reajustou os valores dos benef\u00edcios de assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade. Os valores das faixas representam o valor m\u00e1ximo a ser pago para cada faixa et\u00e1ria, podendo ser reduzidos em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio-sa\u00fade a ser reembolsado. O valor do plano de sa\u00fade contratado pelo servidor ser\u00e1 o valor m\u00e1ximo a ser reembolsado.<\/p>\n

Os servidores beneficiados pelo Planserv ter\u00e3o o valor da faixa reduzido, acrescido do valor pago pelo TJ-BA como contribui\u00e7\u00e3o patronal.<\/p>\n
