O corregedor-geral\u00a0da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, ministro Ricardo Villas B\u00f4as Cueva, admitiu uma A\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial Eleitoral\u00a0(Aije) apresentada pelo Partido Novo contra o presidente reeleito, Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, e o vice-presidente, Geraldo Alckmin. A a\u00e7\u00e3o busca\u00a0apurar suposto abuso do poder pol\u00edtico nas Elei\u00e7\u00f5es 2026. Com o recebimento, Lula e Alckmin ser\u00e3o notificados e ter\u00e3o cinco dias para apresentar defesa. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

O Partido Novo\u00a0alega\u00a0que,\u00a0entre janeiro e outubro de 2026,\u00a0Lula editou 35 medidas provis\u00f3rias e decretos que criaram ou ampliaram benef\u00edcios sociais e econ\u00f4micos. Segundo a legenda, os atos tiveram forte apelo eleitoral e foram concentrados no per\u00edodo pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 vota\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0A sigla cita medidas como o reajuste do Bolsa Fam\u00edlia, com alcance estimado de 19,29 milh\u00f5es de fam\u00edlias, e iniciativas relacionadas aos combust\u00edveis, com custo projetado de cerca de R$ 40 bilh\u00f5es em 2026. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Na decis\u00e3o, Villas B\u00f4as Cueva considerou que a a\u00e7\u00e3o preenche os requisitos legais para seguir em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cA a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tempestiva, pois foi ajuizada no curso do processo eleitoral, antes da diploma\u00e7\u00e3o. A peti\u00e7\u00e3o inicial descreve fatos determinados, com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos atos normativos impugnados, conte\u00fados e custos estimados atribu\u00eddos a cada um, delimitando o objeto da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e viabilizando o exerc\u00edcio da defesa\u201d, fundamentou. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

O ministro analisar\u00e1 os pedidos de informa\u00e7\u00f5es a \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das defesas. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

A admiss\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o representa julgamento sobre a exist\u00eancia de abuso nem sobre eventual cassa\u00e7\u00e3o dos diplomas. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
