Idealizada pela PM baiana e abra\u00e7ada pelas Pol\u00edcias Militares dos demais estados e do Distrito Federal, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o tem como criador o comandante-geral da PMBA, coronel Paulo Coutinho, tamb\u00e9m presidente do Conselho Nacional de Comandantes-Gerais das Pol\u00edcias Militares (CNCG-PM).<\/p>\n<p>O sucesso da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, que hoje alcan\u00e7a sua 21\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o no estado, \u00e9 atribu\u00eddo ao esfor\u00e7o conjunto e ao empenho da tropa em proporcionar maior seguran\u00e7a \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
