Jo\u00e3o Fonseca Velloso, de 86 anos, sogro do governador Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues (PT), foi exonerado do cargo de assessor da presid\u00eancia do Tribunal de Contas dos Munic\u00edpios da Bahia (TCM-BA) na quarta-feira (13).<\/p>\n

Lotado na categoria DAS-4, Velloso recebia uma remunera\u00e7\u00e3o bruta de R$ 20,9 mil. Ele ocupava o cargo desde abril de 2023 e conforme publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do TCM, a exonera\u00e7\u00e3o foi a pedido.<\/p>\n

De acordo com TCM, Jo\u00e3o Velloso havia sido escolhido por motivos profissionais e por ser ex-colega do presidente tribunal, Francisco de Souza Andrade Netto. Eles s\u00e3o ex-delegados da Pol\u00edcia Civil. Al\u00e9m disso, o fato n\u00e3o se configurava nepotismo porque TCM \u00e9 considerado um \u00f3rg\u00e3o aut\u00f4nomo.<\/p>\n
