Est\u00e1 encerrada a interven\u00e7\u00e3o do Shopping Popular Cidade das Compras, realizada pela Prefeitura Municipal de Feira de Santana. A oficializa\u00e7\u00e3o do encerramento ocorreu nesta sexta-feira (05), em uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio. Desta forma a concession\u00e1ria Feira Popular S\/A volta a gerir o empreendimento<\/p>\n

A interven\u00e7\u00e3o foi decretada no dia 06 de outubro de 2023 pelo prefeito Colbert Martins Filho para corre\u00e7\u00f5es e ajustes, visando o aperfei\u00e7oamento do Contrato de Concess\u00e3o n. 361\/2015\/14C, celebrado entre o Munic\u00edpio de Feira de e a Concession\u00e1ria, por meio de um Termo de Ajustamento de Gest\u00e3o \u2013 TAG<\/p>\n

Em entrevista ao Acorda Cidade, o interventor Amon Pereira Gomes informou que a interven\u00e7\u00e3o obteve resultados positivos, pois aumentou o di\u00e1logo entre prefeitura e permission\u00e1rios do Shopping Popular. Aguarde reportagem sobre o assunto aqui no portal Acorda Cidade.<\/p>\n
