A Superintend\u00eancia Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa do Consumidor (Procon) de Feira de Santana chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o dos clientes a respeito dos seus direitos, principalmente no que se refere \u00e0 troca de um produto.<\/p>\n

O C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC) permite a troca do produto em quatro situa\u00e7\u00f5es: defeito de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, v\u00edcio oculto, produto diferente do anunciado e arrependimento da compra.<\/p>\n

O superintendente do Procon, Maur\u00edcio Carvalho, destaca alguns pontos importantes no que se refere ao direito de troca.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cO fornecedor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por resolver o problema prontamente, seja trocando, reparando ou devolvendo o valor pago. Recomenda-se documentar o problema, como tirar fotos ou v\u00eddeos do incidente e entrar em contato com o fornecedor ou vendedor para solicitar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o adequada para o caso\u201d, orienta.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
