Eles garantem a limpeza das vias p\u00fablicas, varrendo ruas e avenidas. Nos caminh\u00f5es saem recolhendo os lixos deixados nas cal\u00e7adas e portas de resid\u00eancias. Seja dia ou noite, os agentes de limpeza n\u00e3o t\u00eam hora para trabalhar e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 tempo ruim: eles enfrentam sol e chuva. Em Feira de Santana s\u00e3o 800 colaboradores no total. Nesta quinta-feira (16), os garis celebram o seu dia.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 1 ano trabalhando na limpeza p\u00fablica do munic\u00edpio, Sullivan Lion Carvalho, de 19 anos, considera a atividade importante e n\u00e3o v\u00ea qualquer constrangimento na profiss\u00e3o. Neste dia comemorativo est\u00e1 na fun\u00e7\u00e3o varrendo ruas do centro da cidade, como a Marechal Deodoro, Sales Barbosa e a Pra\u00e7a Eduardo Fr\u00f3es da Motta.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c9 um papel essencial para manter a nossa cidade limpa, principalmente pela falta de zelo de algumas pessoas em jogar lixo em locais indevidos. Acho legal e nada que venha me constranger\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ao seu lado, Edson Souza puxa o carrinho de coleta de lixo, como tamb\u00e9m atua na varri\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cGosto muito do meu trabalho\u201d, diz ele que mora na Mantiba e precisa sair de casa \u00e0s 5h para come\u00e7ar o trabalho \u00e0s 6h. \u201cMe sinto feliz e agradecido pela fun\u00e7\u00e3o que desempenho\u201d.<\/p>\n
