Uma mulher denunciou um radiologista do Hospital Municipal Dr. Jos\u00e9 da Costa Pinto Dantas, no munic\u00edpio de Belmonte, no extremo sul da Bahia, por importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual durante um atendimento dentro da unidade, na quarta-feira (29).<\/p>\n

Em outubro de 2023, o mesmo homem teria instalado uma c\u00e2mera clandestina que registrava filmagens supostamente comprometedoras. Funcion\u00e1rios que se consideraram expostos com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o registraram Boletins de Ocorr\u00eancias (BOs) contra ele. No entanto, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a conclus\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n

A prefeitura informou que a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade procurou orienta\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica e foi informada que n\u00e3o poderia registrar um Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia (BO) contra o funcion\u00e1rio. No entanto, conforme a gest\u00e3o municipal, o diretor do hospital acompanhou a mulher na delegacia.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a prefeitura, o homem, concursado h\u00e1 10 anos, foi afastado dos atendimentos por tempo indeterminado, at\u00e9 a pol\u00edcia se posicionar sobre as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Os supostos abusos aconteceram no momento em que a jovem procurou a unidade para realizar um exame de raio-x, conforme prescri\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n
