Guarni\u00e7\u00f5es da Companhia Independente de Pol\u00edcia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental (Cippa) Len\u00e7\u00f3is prenderam, na tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira (4), um suspeito de inc\u00eandios criminosos no munic\u00edpio de Lu\u00eds Eduardo Magalh\u00e3es.<\/p>\n

Os policiais militares receberam den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas relatando que um homem estaria utilizando cigarros para atear fogo e causar focos de inc\u00eandio ao longo da BR-242, nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es de um posto de combust\u00edvel. Ao chegarem, os PMs constataram veracidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas, sendo o suspeito localizado e detido.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o especial alusiva \u00e0 Semana do Meio Ambiente, realizada na regi\u00e3o oeste, na Chapada Diamantina e no semi\u00e1rido baiano pela Cippa Len\u00e7\u00f3is. \u201cA opera\u00e7\u00e3o tem como objetivo proteger o meio ambiente e garantir a seguran\u00e7a das comunidades locais,\u201d revela o major George Porto, comandante da Cippa Len\u00e7\u00f3is.<\/p>\n

O homem recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o e foi encaminhado para a delegacia que atende \u00e0 regi\u00e3o, onde a ocorr\u00eancia foi registrada.<\/p>\n
