A forma\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de mil agentes de turismo cultural e criativo, que v\u00e3o atuar em comunidades tradicionais da Bahia, foi anunciada nesta quarta-feira (3), no audit\u00f3rio do Conselho Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, em Salvador. A a\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte do projeto Gera\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e9 uma parceria do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho com a Secretaria de Turismo do Estado (Setur-BA) e a Universidade Federal do Rec\u00f4ncavo da Bahia (UFRB). O in\u00edcio do curso est\u00e1 previsto para setembro, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro meses e carga hor\u00e1ria de 200 horas.<\/p>\n

\u201cVamos capacitar 3 mil pessoas, em 14 estados, e a Bahia tem a maior oferta de vagas. A ideia \u00e9 aproximar a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional de uma das atividades com maior possibilidade de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego e renda para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 o turismo\u201d, ressaltou o secret\u00e1rio de Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, Emprego e Renda do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho, Magno Lavigne.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsse \u00e9 um projeto relevante para a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional de jovens em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade, oportunizando a atua\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho. Apoiamos iniciativas como esta, que refor\u00e7am a nossa atua\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 frente do comit\u00ea de turismo de base comunit\u00e1ria da Bahia, que tem o objetivo de fortalecer e fomentar o segmento\u201d, disse a chefe de gabinete da Setur-BA, Giulliana Brito, presente no evento.<\/p>\n

\u201cA Setur-BA \u00e9 uma parceira fundamental, que nos dar\u00e1 suporte para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios e indica\u00e7\u00e3o das comunidades, al\u00e9m da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do material did\u00e1tico\u201d, destacou o coordenador Geral do Observat\u00f3rio Nacional da Inclus\u00e3o e Diversidade da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o\/UFRB, Paulo Gabriel Nacif.<\/p>\n

\u201cEssa iniciativa do governo federal junto ao governo estadual, fazendo conv\u00eanio com as universidades, \u00e9 muito importante para fortalecer a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente na zona rural, onde existe o turismo comunit\u00e1rio, no qual trabalhamos roteiros que contemplam os saberes e fazeres das comunidades, al\u00e9m da quest\u00e3o ambiental\u201d, completou o coordenador do Quilombo Kaonge, Ananias Viana, que integra a Rota da Liberdade, no munic\u00edpio de Cachoeira.<\/p>\n
