A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) entregou nesta sexta-feira (5) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) o relat\u00f3rio da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro e mais 11 pessoas foram indiciados no caso das joias sauditas.<\/p>\n

A entrega foi feita pessoalmente por representantes da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o no protocolo de processos da Corte.<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apurou o funcionamento de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa para desviar e vender presentes de autoridades estrangeiras durante o governo Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n

Entre os indiciados est\u00e3o o tenente-coronel Mauro Cid, o pai dele, general de Ex\u00e9rcito Mauro Lourenna Cid, Osmar Crivelatti e Marcelo C\u00e2mara, ex-ajudantes de ordens de Bolsonaro, e F\u00e1bio Wajngarten e Frederick Wassef, advogados do ex-presidente.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a entrega, o relat\u00f3rio ser\u00e1 enviado ao gabinete do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do processo no Supremo. Segundo o STF, n\u00e3o deve ocorrer nenhuma movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do processo at\u00e9 a semana que vem.<\/p>\n

Moraes deve enviar o indiciamento dos acusados para an\u00e1lise da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR). Caber\u00e1 ao procurador-geral, Paulo Gonet, decidir se Bolsonaro e dos demais acusados ser\u00e3o denunciados ao Supremo e se tornar\u00e3o r\u00e9us.<\/p>\n
