Um homem de 65 anos, foragido da Justi\u00e7a de Alagoas, foi preso na ter\u00e7a-feira (9), por equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, no munic\u00edpio de Marac\u00e1s. Ele, que havia sido condenado a 22 anos de reclus\u00e3o pelo homic\u00eddio de Luiz Ant\u00f4nio Monteiro Torres, em 2002, teve o mandado relativo a esse crime cumprido e tamb\u00e9m foi autuado em flagrante por falsidade ideol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da 10\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista) e da Delegacia Territorial de Marac\u00e1s apontaram que o condenado havia fugido de Alagoas h\u00e1 anos. Tentando se manter longe dos olhos da Justi\u00e7a, ele chegou a fazer cirurgias pl\u00e1sticas e providenciar documentos falsos. Assim, passou a viver uma nova vida em Marac\u00e1s, junto a seus familiares.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo a apura\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, o homem chegou a ser acusado de envolvimento em uma chacina no ano de 1984, em S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 da Tapera (AL). Ele foi a julgamento por supostamente ter participado das mortes do agricultor Givaldo Ferreira dos Santos, o advogado Jo\u00e3o Alves e o pr\u00e9-candidato a prefeito Wellington Fontes.<\/p>\n

Participaram da pris\u00e3o as Coordena\u00e7\u00f5es de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (Catti) Central e do Sudoeste. O homem passou pelos exames de les\u00f5es corporais de praxe e ficou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Vara de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais.<\/p>\n
