Policiais da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Teixeira de Freitas) efetuaram a pris\u00e3o em flagrante de uma mulher, de 45 anos, no domingo (14), acusada da morte do seu filho, de dois meses, naquele munic\u00edpio. O beb\u00ea foi deixado sozinho em casa no bairro Tancredo Neves.<\/p>\n

A rec\u00e9m-nascida foi encontrada pela m\u00e3e, morta, na manh\u00e3 de s\u00e1bado (13). Ela comunicou \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil que havia deixado o beb\u00ea sozinho por quinze minutos, enquanto foi \u00e0 casa da vizinha pedir um sab\u00e3o em p\u00f3 emprestado. As dilig\u00eancias investigativas apontaram, no entanto, que a m\u00e3e teria sa\u00eddo para fazer uso de bebidas alco\u00f3licas, levando consigo duas outras crian\u00e7as, de seis e oito anos, e, ao retornar, encontrou o beb\u00ea morto. Vizinhos ouviram a crian\u00e7a chorar na aus\u00eancia da m\u00e3e e chegaram a acion\u00e1-la para cuidar do beb\u00ea.<\/p>\n

A mulher, que foi presa em flagrante, realizou exames de les\u00e3o corporal e est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. Laudos periciais ir\u00e3o apontar a causa da morte da crian\u00e7a. A m\u00e3e ir\u00e1 responder pelos crimes de abandono de incapaz com resultado morte, cuja pena prevista \u00e9 de quatro a doze anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
