De acordo com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o crime ocorreu ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o entre os dois, na Fazenda Jenipapo II, na zona Rural do distrito de Matinha. A medida foi tomada ap\u00f3s representa\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade policial, em raz\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica de ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de homic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o judicial determinou a interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria do adolescente, que foi encaminhado ao Pronto Atendimento da Fundac para cumprimento da medida socioeducativa.
