O suspeito de violentar um homem com transtornos mentais e s\u00edndrome de down, no povoado de Alagoinhas, no munic\u00edpio de Mairi, teve um mandado de pris\u00e3o por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel cumprido, na ter\u00e7a-feira (29), por policiais da Delegacia Territorial (DT) da cidade, com o apoio da DT de V\u00e1rzea da Ro\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

O homem, que era vizinho da v\u00edtima, se utilizou da confian\u00e7a de anos e cometeu o crime enquanto ele tomava banho em um a\u00e7ude. \u201cAssim que tomamos conhecimento do crime, ocorrido em outubro deste ano, fizemos as oitivas e representamos ao Judici\u00e1rio pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do autor\u201d, explicou o titular da DT\/Mairi, delegado Paulo Victor Muniz Ferreira Magalh\u00e3es.<\/p>\n

O abusador foi encaminhado para a unidade policial, onde foi ouvido e passou por exame de corpo de delito no Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT). Ele segue custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
