Um homem de 25 anos teve um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido por equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia em Baixa Grande, na quarta-feira (21). A captura foi resultado da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Delegacia Territorial daquele munic\u00edpio, que apurou o crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel cometido pelo suspeito.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima foi sua pr\u00f3pria enteada, atualmente com 13 anos. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ela come\u00e7ou a sofrer os abusos aos 11 \u2013 portanto, ainda enquanto crian\u00e7a. Diante da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos e da coleta de depoimentos, a Pol\u00edcia Civil pediu e teve concedido o mandado de pris\u00e3o contra o homem.<\/p>\n

Na quarta (21), equipes da DT de Baixa Grande foram ao povoado de Tabuleiro, onde o homem reside. Ele j\u00e1 responde a mais cinco procedimentos no Poder Judici\u00e1rio, pelos crimes de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, les\u00e3o corporal praticada contra a mulher, amea\u00e7a, recepta\u00e7\u00e3o e posse irregular de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n

\u201cO suspeito tem um longo hist\u00f3rico de cometimento de crimes. Assim que tomamos conhecimento do caso, diligenciamos o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel para encerrar o ciclo de abusos sofridos pela v\u00edtima, que confirmou em depoimento todo o acontecido\u201d, declarou a titular da DT de Baixa Grande, Marcela Abreu.<\/p>\n
