O adolescente de 16 anos investigado pelo ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de feminic\u00eddio da cigana Hyara Flor dos Santos Alves, ocorrido em julho de 2023, teve o mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o e interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria cumprido nesta quinta-feira (22), em Itapetinga.<\/p>\n

Expedida pela comarca de Guaratinga, cidade onde o crime aconteceu, a ordem judicial foi cumprida no bairro Quintas do Sul, por equipes da Diretoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Dirpin \u2013 Sudoeste\/Sul), da 21\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin\/Itapetinga), da 23\u00aa Coorpin\/Eun\u00e1polis e da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (Catti\/Sudoeste).<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o caso foram conclu\u00eddas e o inqu\u00e9rito policial j\u00e1 foi remetido ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, com o indiciamento do adolescente, cujo perfil gen\u00e9tico foi identificado pelo Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT) na arma do crime. <\/p>\n

Ele foi submetido aos exames de les\u00f5es de praxe e est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude.<\/p>\n
