A Secretaria da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado (SEC) publicou, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado do \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado, 24 de agosto (https:\/\/dool.egba.ba.gov.br\/<\/a>), as listas classificat\u00f3rias para a concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio da licen\u00e7a-pr\u00eamio para frui\u00e7\u00e3o e convertidas em pec\u00fania. A medida contempla professores da carreira do magist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico estadual dos ensinos Fundamental e M\u00e9dio, mediante requerimentos protocolados pelos servidores no Portal RH Bahia. Interessados, poder\u00e3o interpor recurso entre os dias 26 e 30 de agosto.<\/p>\n

Conforme estabelece a Portaria 1.069\/2024, a an\u00e1lise dos procedimentos administrativos para concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as pr\u00eamios para frui\u00e7\u00e3o e para convers\u00e3o em pec\u00fania observam os seguintes crit\u00e9rios: maior tempo de servi\u00e7o no Estado; servidor(a) que esteja sem afastamento de suas atividades h\u00e1, pelo menos, 2 (dois) anos, (esse afastamento n\u00e3o inclui aqueles decorrentes de f\u00e9rias e de licen\u00e7as m\u00e9dicas, gestante, adotante, paternidade e atestados m\u00e9dicos); e que esteja em efetiva Reg\u00eancia. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 dada prioridade aos que n\u00e3o tenham sido beneficiados com a convers\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a em pec\u00fania h\u00e1, pelo menos, um ano.<\/p>\n

Neste segundo semestre, foram fixados o quantitativo m\u00e1ximo de 2.100 vagas para convers\u00e3o em pec\u00fania e 200 vagas para frui\u00e7\u00e3o. Na an\u00e1lise dos recursos, caso esgotados todos os crit\u00e9rios de desempate previstos no artigo 7\u00b0 do decreto 8.573 de 01 de julho de 2003, ser\u00e1 adotado como crit\u00e9rio de desempate para o deferimento, o c\u00f4mputo da maior idade entre os concorrentes, conforme previsto no artigo 6\u00b0 da portaria Portaria 1.069\/2024.<\/p>\n
