Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou nesta sexta-feira (30) a suspens\u00e3o da rede social X no Brasil. A medida foi tomada ap\u00f3s o fim do prazo de 24 horas dado pelo ministro ao bilion\u00e1rio Elon Musk, dono da rede social, para indicar um representante legal no Brasil. O prazo terminou \u00e0s 20h07 desta quinta-feira (29).<\/p>\n

Na quarta-feira (28), o ministro intimou Musk a realizar a indica\u00e7\u00e3o. A intima\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita no perfil do STF na rede social. No dia 17 de agosto, Musk anunciou o fechamento da sede da empresa no Brasil e acusou Moraes de amea\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Pela decis\u00e3o desta sexta-feira, caber\u00e1 \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es (Anatel) cumprir a suspens\u00e3o em 24 horas e comunicar as operadoras de telefonia para realizarem os bloqueios. As operadoras tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o bloquear o uso de VPN por usu\u00e1rios que tentem burlar a suspens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A medida ter\u00e1 validade em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional at\u00e9 que todas as ordens judiciais de bloqueio sejam cumpridas e as multas aplicadas sejam pagas.<\/p>\n
