Um agente da Pol\u00edcia Judicial foi preso em flagrante por tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra um soldado da Pol\u00edcia Militar. A pris\u00e3o ocorreu na noite de s\u00e1bado (31) ap\u00f3s uma briga de tr\u00e2nsito entre os dois em Cama\u00e7ari, na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Salvador.<\/p>\n

Informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas pela TV Bahia indicam que a confus\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio quando o PM buzinou para que o ve\u00edculo da frente adiantasse o percurso. O condutor era o agente penal, que desceu do carro e disparou tiros contra o militar.<\/p>\n

O PM n\u00e3o foi atingido \u2014 a Pol\u00edcia Civil n\u00e3o confirmou se houve revide \u2014, mas os dois carros ficaram com marcas de tiros. Os autom\u00f3veis ser\u00e3o periciados.<\/p>\n

Em nota, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o disse que o agente penal foi apresentado na 33\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de Monte Gordo, onde ficou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime \u00e9 apurada.<\/p>\n

Com ele, foram apreendidas uma pistola calibre 9mm, dois carregadores e 16 muni\u00e7\u00f5es. O soldado tamb\u00e9m foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia e apresentou sua pistola calibre .40 com um carregador e oito muni\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
