Com fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o em diversas leis, inclusive o Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA), poder\u00e1 ser criado em Feira de Santana o Programa \u00d3rf\u00e3os do Feminic\u00eddio: Aten\u00e7\u00e3o e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o, para garantir assist\u00eancia a crian\u00e7as e adolescentes dependentes de mulheres assassinadas em contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar. Projeto nesse sentido foi aprovado na sess\u00e3o desta ter\u00e7a-feira (3), na C\u00e2mara Municipal.<\/p>\n

O programa ser\u00e1 orientado pela garantia da prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral e priorit\u00e1ria dos direitos das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes preconizada pelo ECA. Esses direitos contemplam assist\u00eancia social, \u00e0 sa\u00fade e \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 moradia. O objetivo \u00e9 resguardar as v\u00edtimas ou testemunhas de viol\u00eancia no \u00e2mbito dom\u00e9stico ou social \u201cde toda forma de neglig\u00eancia, discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, abuso e opress\u00e3o\u201d, diz o projeto.<\/p>\n

O atendimento de \u00f3rf\u00e3os do feminic\u00eddio ser\u00e1 realizado atrav\u00e9s de equipe multidisciplinar j\u00e1 existente na Secretaria Municipal de Pol\u00edticas para Mulheres, por unidades dos Centros de Refer\u00eancia Especializados de Assist\u00eancia Social (CREAS). As a\u00e7\u00f5es do programa envolvem ainda \u00f3rg\u00e3os como o Centro de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Psicossocial (CAPS), para atendimento e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade mental de v\u00edtimas e seus respons\u00e1veis legais.<\/p>\n
