O vereador Edvaldo Lima (UB) anunciou que ingressou com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o na Justi\u00e7a para suspender a \u201cblitz do IPVA\u201d em Feira de Santana. \u201cOs policiais n\u00e3o t\u00eam culpa; apenas cumprem a determina\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo do Estado, que busca arrecadar e retirar os ve\u00edculos dos trabalhadores, que muitas vezes n\u00e3o t\u00eam condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pagar o imposto\u201d, afirmou o edil em seu discurso na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (4) na C\u00e2mara Municipal.<\/p>\n

Na vis\u00e3o do vereador, existem outras medidas para cobrar o imposto, e essa pr\u00e1tica j\u00e1 foi proibida pelas principais entidades jur\u00eddicas do Brasil, n\u00e3o cabendo ao Governo adot\u00e1-la. O vereador ressaltou que, em um \u00fanico final de semana, nove pessoas foram assassinadas em Feira, enquanto as blitzes continuam a todo vapor na cidade.<\/p>\n

\u201cPais e m\u00e3es de fam\u00edlia s\u00e3o retirados dos ve\u00edculos e ficam nos canteiros e passeios, enquanto seus carros s\u00e3o guinchados\u201d, pontuou Edvaldo, considerando humilhante e ilegal essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O parlamentar esclareceu que n\u00e3o \u00e9 contra as blitzes para manter a ordem e colocar a marginalidade atr\u00e1s das grades, mas sua den\u00fancia \u00e9 voltada para aquelas que t\u00eam a inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cexclusivamente\u201d de arrecadar o valor das multas.<\/p>\n
