O homem apontado como autor da morte de Jo\u00e3o Philippe Alves de Santana, de 29 anos, cujo corpo foi encontrado com ferimentos de arma branca, no interior de um condom\u00ednio residencial em Dom Avelar, teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria cumprido nesta quinta-feira (5), em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o do Pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n

O crime ocorreu no dia 24 de agosto e foi motivado por um desacordo comercial. A ordem judicial foi cumprida por policiais da 2\u00aa Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios (DH\/Central) e dos N\u00facleos de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o e de Intelig\u00eancia do Departamento de Homic\u00eddios e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pessoa (DHPP).<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi conduzido para o DHPP, onde est\u00e1 sendo interrogado. Ele ser\u00e1 submetido aos exames de les\u00f5es de praxe e permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
