O vice-prefeito de Paripiranga, no nordeste da Bahia, Marcelo Ricardo de Sales Rabelo (PT), morreu na noite de domingo (8) ap\u00f3s sofrer um infarto durante um com\u00edcio no povoado Lagoa Preta.<\/p>\n

Marcelo, estava em campanha eleitoral como candidato a vereador, passou mal ap\u00f3s discursar e foi socorrido, mas n\u00e3o resistiu.<\/p>\n

Segundo o site Calila Not\u00edcias, ele acumulava 16 anos em cargos eletivos. Foi eleito vereador pela primeira vez em 2008, pelo PTB, e reeleito em 2012 pelo mesmo partido. Em 2016, migrou para o PT e foi vice-prefeito na chapa de Justino Neto, repetindo a parceria em 2020. Sem ser escolhido para disputar a prefeitura, Marcelo optou por concorrer novamente \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal.<\/p>\n
