Ele estudou no Col\u00e9gio Ant\u00f4nio Vieira, na capital baiana. Formou-se em Direito pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), onde, em seguida\u00b8 concluiu o Mestrado em Direito Econ\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Lino era conselheiro do TCE-BA desde mar\u00e7o de 1999, onde foi:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vice-presidente (2000-2001);<\/li>\n<li>Corregedor (2002-2003);<\/li>\n<li>Ouvidor (2022-2023, 2023-2025);<\/li>\n<li>Presidiu a 2\u00aa C\u00e2mara no ano de 1999 e de 2010 a 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Relator das contas do chefe do Poder Executivo relativas aos exerc\u00edcios de 2000, 2008 e 2017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entre 1993 e 1994, Pedro Lino foi nomeado secret\u00e1rio de Governo na terceira gest\u00e3o de Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Magalh\u00e3es, permanecendo no cargo nos governos seguintes de Ant\u00f4nio Imbassahy, entre 1994 e 1995, Paulo Souto, entre 1995 e 1998, e C\u00e9sar Borges, em 1998, todos do ent\u00e3o Partido da Frente Liberal (PFL).<\/p>\n<p>Neste per\u00edodo, tamb\u00e9m foi presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Empresa Gr\u00e1fica da Bahia (EGBA) e membro dos Conselhos Administrativos da Companhia de Desenvolvimento e A\u00e7\u00e3o Regional (CAR) e da Empresa Baiana de Desenvolvimento Agr\u00edcola (EBDA).<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Lino tamb\u00e9m foi advogado da Alagados Mehoramentos S\/A (Amesa), chefe da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica da Companhia de Engenharia Rural da Bahia (CERB), auditor jur\u00eddico e chefe da Assessoria Jur\u00eddica do Tribunal de Contas do Estado da Bahia\/TCE-BA (1988-1990; 1992-1993) e professor da Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de Salvador (UCSal) e do Mestrado da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Visconde de Cairu.<\/p>\n<p>O vel\u00f3rio de Pedro Lino ser\u00e1 realizado na segunda-feira (16), no Cemit\u00e9rio Jardim da Saudade, a partir das 11h, com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma missa.
