O caso ocorreu no bairro Jardim Cruzeiro, em Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas pelo Acorda Cidade junto \u00e0 pol\u00edcia, a justi\u00e7a entendeu que ele agiu em leg\u00edtima defesa ao proteger a m\u00e3e que estava sendo agredida.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo relato feito \u00e0 pol\u00edcia, o padrasto dele chegou a quebrar v\u00e1rios objetos na resid\u00eancia e de posse de uma barra de ferro tentou agredir a m\u00e3e do jovem. Este, por sua vez, reagiu.
